Petal Blizzard Dragon Skin - Sir Chonk Solo D20

Petal Blizzard started out as an inspiration picture that a friend had sent me. It was of an elven lady standing in a wintery field and a pink dragon on her shoulder. I wanted to capture the cold, gray landscape with the vibrant pink of the dragon, landing on this design. The pink has been colored with a ghost/interference pink powder to add some magic, clear resin with chameleon flakes and pink metallic flakes poured in, and a gray cloud of resin injected into the set. This style comes with silver metallic inking to keep with the "cold" blizzard feeling.

I am so excited to finally release the first in my line of Chonky Dice! This is my Sir Chonk size, which is 45mm in size (that's over twice the size of a standard manufactured d20, and 15mm bigger than my standard d20s!), and using artist view numberings, you can see so much more of what is going on inside of the chonk! For this one, I decided to use the Dragon Skin technique, creating a texture on part of the insert. Hindsight, I should have put the dragon skin side against the high face, but I momentarily forgot that I had the artistic view on these chonks. I also applied a chrome powder to the textured bit to give it more sparkle. After that, I just put the insert back into a mold to get the numbers.
