Petal Blizzard started out as an inspiration picture that a friend had sent me. It was of an elven lady standing in a wintery field and a pink dragon on her shoulder. I wanted to capture the cold, gray landscape with the vibrant pink of the dragon, landing on this design. The pink has been colored with a ghost/interference pink powder to add some magic, clear resin with chameleon flakes and pink metallic flakes poured in, and a gray cloud of resin injected into the set. This style comes with silver metallic inking to keep with the "cold" blizzard feeling.
My Honored Ancients set style is still one of my favorites to create with, and now I have d8s to go with the full set! Each set comes with pip style numbering and a unique etched decorative design. The Honored Ancients really are able to show off how the Petal Blizzard design came together, with each of the different types of resin being layered a bit better.
